2. Make use of Software-as-a-Service on mobiles / tablets. New services are evolving specifically in the small business arena. Hosted conf bridges are now available allowing you to host conf calls from your mobile / tablet devices.
3. Make use of Social Media to get the message out! Tools such as IFTTT can help automate the seeding of info across your social media accounts. Update your blog and tools like IFTTT can automate the propagation of this across twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook and a whole host of other Social Media sites.
