IT strategy key to growth
A business consultancy group based in London who have worked with HWT for a number of years have praised the impact HWT have had on their growth and IT strategy.
HWT have been supporting the business for over 5 years. The businesses primary focus at this time was providing accountancy services and they had 11 employees. The business has evolved and now provides an array of business services, including legal and architectural services whilst retaining the core accountancy services it originally started with.
As the business has expanded into new service areas, the owner realised he required a pro-active strategic IT partner to help manage their growth from a systems and user aspect. It was at this stage HWT were contacted and Mark Tunstall, Director met to discuss IT Strategy.
Due to the dynamic nature of the business and changing technology requirements it was important that HWT understood where the business was heading. Mark was in regular contact to understand the owner’s goals and help identify the best technology solutions for the business that would enable the expansion. Regular account meetings are held between Mark and the business owner, where Mark continues to stay abreast of the group’s plans and provide strategic IT advice. Mark also outlines HWT’s business improvements at these meetings in terms of new processes, staffing updates and recent accreditations gained, such as ISO 9001 and Cyber Essentials certifications.
