Adjaye Associates was established in June 2000 by founder and principal architect, David Adjaye OBE. The firm has offices in London, New York and Accra working across Europe, North America, the Middle East, Asia and Africa. The firm were introduced to Mark Tunstall by an employee who had joined the business from an existing HW Technology client. Osman Chaudhry, Head of Finance met with Mark Tunstall to discuss moving the firms IT forward from a number of legacy systems. The first project was to move the companies email solution to Microsoft’s Office 365 platform.
What we did…
Over the course of a 6 week period all email services were moved to Office 365. This was a major task due to the size and complexity of the legacy systems in place, coupled with a number of very large mailbox instances. HWT’s team provided a fully managed migration of each and every mailbox to Microsoft’s platform. On completion all desktop machines, laptops, mobiles and tablet devices were re-pointed to the new services. All staff were provided with a short on-boarding session with the new services and HWT now manage the platform on an on-going basis for Adjaye Associates.
