I just wanted to say how much I appreciate all Gordon McNevin's & HWT's help over the last few weeks; and I would like to commend your work! Recently Gordon and I have been updating the website. We have been sorting out everything from correcting defects to changing the appearance of the homepage, adding RSS feeds; and creating and removing pages.

Gordon is friendly, helpful and efficient. He turned around any additional requests really quickly and kept me posted about his progress. He actions what he says he is going to and when; which has been crucial for meeting deadlines.

Gordon is full of ideas, and his advice has benefited the site update from a marketing point of view too. The suggestions made by Gordon have been spot-on, lead us to re-evaluate some of our ideas, and have enhanced the update.

At the half way point of this quarter, the site's total viewings have exceeded the half of the previous quarter's! Unique viewings for the current quarter stand at approximately 75% of those that occurred in the whole of the previous one! The increase in hits is obviously linked to the new experience of the site and as a whole; in other words it's improved layout, functionality and navigation.
