“Mark started work as a humble accountant in 1992 but always had a passion for IT, having had success as a youngster in programming games for the ZX Spectrum. Mark spent several years in practice becoming an expert in accounting solutions. Having initially formed Demack Computer Services in 1999, the company then became part of Red Ant Innovations in 2005 and finally HWT in 2009 and he now manages the financials of the company and still supports many clients with their accounting solutions and IT systems.”

"Chris’ interest in IT started in high school while living in South Africa and at 14 years old he received recognition for helping to develop and deploy networks in surrounding schools. Chris immigrated to the UK in 2007 and worked in supporting a 6th form college while looking for work in the South West. He started working for HWT in the Exeter office in 2008 as an IT consultant and is now an IT supervisor with responsibility for the Exeter office support team"

His main role is to keep all the current sites up to date along with continually developing new sites and bringing to life new ideas, including the HW Technology Website. Tom is also a fully qualified electrician before pursuing a career in IT he served his time as a spark, specializing in electronics.”
